Take a dip in the pool, catch some rays on the beach & relax with a frozen beverage while enjoying a peaceful evening rocking in a rocking chair as you watch the sun go down. That is what beach living is all about! Nearly all aspects of the home, with a few exceptions, are continuing to being improved. Private heated swimming pool (12X25) with all new decking around it, and around the home with new porches, decks and a walkway to the beach. New bedding. Other amenities include: 3 HD Extended Cable TVs, Netflix, 3 Blu-ray players, 50MB WiFi, fabulous family-friendly outdoor living space with a large covered oceanside porch and sundeck, lots of deck and pool furniture with loungers, rockers, chairs and table as well as a picnic table and a hammock by the pool, boardwalk shower, large enclosed outside shower w/H&C water, and a gas grill*. Pool heat may be added for an additional fee October - Easter.4 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, Sleeps 9BR#1- 1 KingBR#2- 1 QueenBR#3- 1 QueenBR#4- 1 Twin over a Full (Pyramid Bunk).Dog-Friendly, one small dog with fee.*Any grill provided at the home is not cleaned nor maintained by Holden Beach Vacations. A very special dream house on the beach
The owners clearly love this house! The décor is perfect for the beach, the deck offers fabulous ocean views and the pool is so wonderful. It was windy during our visit and the ocean was rough, so we used the pool almost everyday. We wanted for nothing! the deck/pool furniture was in excellent condition. The house has everything we could have needed with a well supplied kitchen and views everywhere. There are no wine glasses so I bought and left two - but bring your own if your preference is to drink wine from a wine glass vs. plastic cups. The owners do need to leave instructions on how to use the streaming TV-we opted out since it was not intuitive. Other than the wine glasses and TV the house was perfect for me and my two friends to have a girls vacation. My golden loved the beach and the whole neighborhood to take our many walks.
