We really enjoyed our stay at Melody. Loved that everyone had their own private bath plus there was the half bath on the first floor.. The kitchen is well equipped. The house is clean and comfortable. We would stay here again although it does need a few updates. There were TVs that need updating and alot of the window coverings. Also it would be nice to have a water hose outside for cleaning your chairs when coming in from the beach. Would also be nice to have an outdoor grill. Once again we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

This is a very lovely home. The description is accurate. The house was clean and the furniture comportable. The rooms are large. They are so large you could have easily had a sitting area in the upstairs bedrooms. That would have been nice. There were extra blankets and pillows. We loved the 4.5 bathrooms. The kitchen is basic. It is not for a gourmet, but we did not come to the beach to cook. In the knife block there was one large weighted knife that I loved for cutting watermelon. The grill was locked for the first 2 days of our stay and we did not think to call until the 3 rd day at which point someone quickly came and made 2 grills available. The beach access is just down the street and it is a private access for that block. Some houses have little extras like beach cart and toys. This house did not. We usually bring a cart for our canopy and cooler, so this was not an issue for us. There was a partial beach view from the 2nd floor balcony. We would have enjoyed the second floor balcony more if there were chairs available. There were chairs on the front balcony. This house is 5 miles from the bridge. We usually like to be a bit closer to the bridge, but the tradeoffs of bathrooms and proximity to the beach access made it an easy decision for us. We would love to come again. We thank the owners for making their lovely home available to us for our relaxing beach time.
