PROPERTY OWNERS WILL BE WELCOMES YOUR POOCH!! 1 SMALL DOG (45 lbs or less) with $300 pet feeA treasure along the seashore, 'The Island Pearl' is just that. Beautiful and cozy this cottage is located just down the street from the ocean. Nicely decorated with a large canal side sun deck that overlooks the rising and falling tides of the channel. Amenities include: enclosed outside shower w/H&C water, large canal side sun deck with porch table, chairs & rockers, deck chairs on lower level landscaped yard, park grill, and covered porch. No utility room access. Single serve and multi cup coffee maker for our coffee lovers. 4 HDTV extended CCTVs, stereo, wireless internet, and a floating boat dock in shallow water for small boats only. No Phone. Beach access next to 393W. 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, Sleeps 7. BR#1- 1 King w/attached bathBR#2- 1 QueenBR#3- 1 single, Pyramid bunk bed (double on bottom and single on top).Pet Friendly- One small dog with fee.

Bright and Cheery
The house is so bright and cheery, well lit everywhere, great showers (wonderful water pressure), the cornhole was fun to have, the internet was much better than expected, lovely shrubbery/pretty landscaping, great location with access to beach, pier, and ice cream.
