This cozy west side oceanfront duplex is the perfect place for a family to arrange a "sea landing" at the beach. This cottage offers an open floor plan with a combined kitchen/dining/living room for family feasts and games. Enjoy basking in the sun, the rolling ocean breezes, listening to the sounds of waves crashing, and the never-ending view down the boardwalk to the beach. It doesn't get much better than this. Amenities include: outside shower, shared boardwalk to the beach, large sun deck & sun deck on the dunes, porch chairs, charcoal grill, 4 TVs (3 are HDTVs) streaming, and wireless internet. Connecting doors with lockout to the east side. 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, Sleeps 10.BR#1- 1 King (UP)BR#2- 1 Queen, 1 Double (UP)BR#3- 1 Queen, 1 Double (DN).NO PETS/PET FREE.
