Located in a gated community, it offers the perfect atmosphere for shelling, evening strolls, and bike rides. On the property, you will find a private, heatable oversized saltwater pool situated on a spacious deck, a rejuvenating hot tub, a large gas grill, and an expansive double balcony with panoramic views of both sunrise and sunset. There's also a private boardwalk that leads directly to the beach. Inside, the home features six bedrooms, each with a private attached bath. The spacious kitchen and two dining areas are designed in an open floor plan, ideal for gathering after a sun-soaked day at the beach. Additionally, a residential three-floor passenger elevator provides easy access from the ground level, making arrival and departure days a breeze. Please note that this elevator does not accommodate a wheelchair.This home comfortably accommodates up to 20 guests, with two bedrooms and bathrooms, plus a laundry area conveniently located on the first floor. Upstairs, there are four additional bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, providing ample privacy for all guests. The property is dog-friendly for dogs up to 65 lbs, with a maximum of two dogs allowed (a fee applies). Sheets and towels are provided, including one bath towel, one washcloth, and one hand towel per guest. The pool can be heated from October to Easter for an additional fee of $500 per week. Please note that for nighttime temperatures above 55 degrees and daytime temperatures above 75 degrees, the pool may be heated to 10 degrees above the outside temperature, which is the optimal operating temperature.
