Brannock's R&R is the place to come for REST & RELAXATION! This spacious 4 BR vacation home located on the Intracoastal Waterway (ICW) has something for everyone. Want to catch your dinner? You can fish or crab off the floating dock. Rather play on the water? You can dock your boat or jet ski, but please note that there is not a boat lift so you will need to put in at the nearby marina. Clean your catch on the conveniently located sink. The beach is about a 10-minute walk down quiet streets to the public beach access. If you are not feeling outdoorsy or just need a break from the sun then you can rest comfortably in this beautifully decorated home. The living area is spacious with plenty of seating. The dining room is open concept and the main dining table can seat 8. The sunny breakfast nook seats four and is a great spot to watch the
boats go by on the ICW. The kitchen is well equipped to meet your cooking needs and also has a counter with bar stools. The office is a great place to work remotely, with fast WiFi speeds and a computer desk. But, wait...you didn't really come down here to work, did you? Relax, read and watch the boats drift past from the comfort of the screened in porch. The back deck is great for star gazing over the ICW, catching some rays during the day, or watching the sunset over the horizon. There is a charming gazebo just off the boardwalk that connects to the floating dock. The house is within walking distance to the seafood market, restaurants, ice cream and candy shops and don't miss the summer concerts on Sundays.  For added security for the property and the guests, there are motion activated security cameras facing the driveway on the front and the boardwalk to the floating dock on the back deck. The cameras are for security purposes only and any images captured will not be used for advertising or other purposes.
