New exterior paint in 2024. The pool resurfaced in 2023 with a stucco quartz gem finish, updated flooring was installed in bedrooms and common areas in 2022. New artwork and lighting fixtures too.   The home provides a residential passenger elevator to make loading and unloading a breeze! No need to tote groceries and luggage up the stairs.
