Upstairs you’ll find two more queen bedrooms and great views from the decks. The open-plan living area includes the kitchen, dining area, and living room with 60-inch 4K smart TV. With an inverted floor plan, the top floor becomes an indoor-outdoor space when you open the 10’ quad sliders to the cantilevered rear deck, from which you can see the bridge and passing boats on the Intracoastal Waterway. The kitchen faces toward the ocean and is designed for entertaining with a gas stove, quartz counters, an island, a beverage fridge and twin dishwashers. The dining room features a custom 9’ x 6’ reclaimed wood table with plenty of seating for everyone. Another deck off the kitchen leads to a roof deck that offers four-story ocean views. There’s a half-bath off the dining room. On the ground level, there’s a two-car tandem enclosed garage on one side of the house, an oversized outdoor shower with a plantation shutter you can crack for views of the canal, and a cedar-shingled Tiki bar facing the fenced backyard.
